At AverloGoods, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent ordering and delivery experience.

Processing Time: 3 business days

Our products are shipped directly from our production partner to your door — cutting out unnecessary warehousing and reducing our carbon footprint. By eliminating extra storage and handling steps, we keep our quality high, our prices fair, and minimise unnecessary waste and transportation.

Once your order is confirmed, it is carefully prepared and dispatched straight from our supplier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time: 7–12 business days

After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 7–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders to the UK. No minimum order value required.

VAT & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website include UK VAT where applicable. For orders with a value up to £135, VAT is collected at checkout — no additional charges will be applied upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 14 days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@averlogoods.com and we will investigate promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. AverloGoods is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
